Mark Newton, a graduate of the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, has been with the center since August 2006. Beginning in January 2007, Mark has assisted research on a project investigating institutional repository development in addition to his regular CIRSS duties, which include Web publishing, survey development, and proofreading.
